/// COMMAND CENTER / FRESH AD LEADS
Fresh Ad Leads
Fresh Ad Leads are people who first messaged the page in the selected dates and came from an ad. Customers from before are left out. Every ad is followed from that first message, so you can see which ads make people want to buy, and how fast they close.
Became hot, by ad
Share of Fresh Ad Leads who said they want to buy
Purchased within 3 days, by ad
Share of Fresh Ad Leads, counting only those whose 3 days are over
Fresh Ad Leads by ad
Ranked by purchases. Each share is out of the people whose time window has fully passed, so recent leads don't pull it down. Ads with few leads are marked, because small numbers can mislead.
By the day they first messaged
What happened to each day's Fresh Ad Leads so far
New customers, hot leads and purchases per day
Hot leads and purchases by the day the lead turned hot; new customers by subscription day
Hot leads and purchases by ad
Each bar is the hot leads. The green part purchased within 24 hours, the orange part has not purchased.
Hot leads and abandoned by ad
Ranked by hot leads. Abandoned is a hot lead who did not buy within 24 hours. Some of them buy later (shown in brackets), but those late sales stay out of the ad numbers. Hot leads still inside their 24 hours are not counted as drop-off yet.

Customer list
Everyone who messaged, became hot or bought in the selected dates, newest first. Use the page, ad and date filters at the top. Times are in your local time. The ad shown is the last ad the customer came from, so you can match each row with Botcake's Customer tab.
Invite a customer
Type their email. You get a link to send them. It works once and expires in 7 days.
